Yamata no Orochi Reference

Old and young people reference
Villagers/ non important characters

Susanoo
Orochi

Here are some of the reference pictures I've collected for Yamata no Orochi. I found a lot of great pictures of elderly Japanese people which will be useful later on when designing main characters. I also found a lot of examples of Japanese clothing, samurai armor, and various interpretations of Susanoo the Storm God. On the Orochi reference sheet, I included a few non- Japanese animals which I will take elements from when designing the heads of the beast.
